The Osiris brand is a result of the collaboration between Tony Chen, Tony Magnusson, Brian Reid, Doug Watson and Laura Kim. The Osiris founders wanted to establish a new kind of skate shoe company. Osiris focused on creating professionally-designed skate footwear that would earn the endorsements of pro-skaters. The sudden burst of skateboarding as a mainstream sport opened the door for skate-centered brands. Osiris took this open door as an opportunity to make the best skate shoes possible. When Osiris was established in 1996, it was one of the first skate brands with pro-designed and pro-endorsed skate shoes. Osiris has proven itself as a heavyweight in the world of skateboarding and beyond with team sponsorships in several extreme sports. Once Osiris had roots firmly in the world of skateboarding, Osiris stepped onto the turf of BMX, FMX and surf.
