Most orders take 1-3 business days to process. Once the order is processed and shipped you can expect your package to be delivered within 5-10 business days. Yes, you may exchange your purchase at any one of our Robert Wayne/Shoeteria locations. Simply bring in your online sales receipt and any one of our friendly sales associates can assist you. However, if you wish to return your purchase for a refund it MUST be sent back to our online warehouse.

NO. Because we ship from various warehouses around the country it is impossible for us to change shipping carriers or shipping methods. We apologize for this inconvenience.

If your order is still being processed (processing usually takes 1-3 business days) you may cancel your order by contacting customer service at 877-838-6351. However, once your order is shipped we can no longer cancel your order. You may then request a return shipping label to return your package for exchange or refund.

You may also track your package by visiting www.ups.com and entering your tracking number. Your tracking number can be obtained by logging into your account at any time. You may also contact customer service toll free at 877-838-6351 and we will track your package for you.
