Ordering
How do I know my shoe size?
If you are unsure of your shoe size, you can measure your shoe size. Because the foot is three-dimensional, any two-dimensional measuring device, such as a ruler can only provide an approximation of your shoe size. Also manufacturers use different lasts to construct their shoes so size and fit can vary from brand to brand and from style to style.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept checks, cash, credit vouchers or international credit cards. You must enter your name, address and zip code exactly as it appears on your credit card statement in the 'billing address' box. Please note that the billing address must be a valid U.S. address. This information is used as a part of the validation of your credit card. It's important that you include your phone number and email address in case we need to contact you about your order.
Do you charge tax?
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on all orders shipped to the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Virginia and Washington. New Jersey and Pennsylvania are taxed on non-shoe items only. The order total will include any applicable state sales tax and will be calculated before you enter any payment information during the checkout process.
Can I cancel my order?
If you have questions regarding the cancellation of an order, please feel free to contact us at 877-838-6351 between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Or you can email your request to customerservice@robertwayne.com.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order is still being processed (processing usually takes 1-3 business days) you may cancel your order by contacting customer service at 877-838-6351. However, once your order is shipped we can no longer cancel your order. You may then request a return-shipping label to return your package for exchange or refund.
Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
Yes! If an item purchased from Robertwayne.com goes on sale on Robertwayne.com, simply contact us by phone or email within 7 days of your original purchase. If all price matching requirements are met we will issue a refund for the difference to the original form of payment. * Please note the item must be displayed on our website as available for purchase to be eligible for a price match. Please clear the cookies and/or cache on your computer for the most up-to-date pricing and availability. All price match refunds will be issued at the discretion of RobertWayne.com.
Are any items on your site available for back order?
No. Robertwayne.com does not back order inventory. We will notify you as soon as possible if an item is no longer in stock.
When will I be charged?
RobertWayne.com usually charges an order once it ships. However, when you pay for your order using a credit card that is associated with a checking account, we may pre-authorize $1 hold with your credit or debit card issuer at the time the order is placed which may have an effect on your account balance.

What if there is a mistake in the price or description of an item I ordered?
Though we aim to provide complete, current, and accurate information, our website may include inaccuracies, omissions or typographical errors. This content may include pricing and availability information, as well as other content that may be incomplete or outdated. RobertWayne.com reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to process any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is processed. We may change or update any content on our website without prior notice at any time.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
We offer: free Economy shipping, Ground shipping for $2.99, Expedited shipping for $10 and Rush shipping for $25. PLEASE NOTE: UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We ship to any U.S. destination serviced by UPS Ground within the 48 contiguous states. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged an additional $15 shipping fee. Please note in-transit times begin on the date your order is processed. RobertWayne.com typically takes 1-3 business days to process an order but processing can be delayed if the order was submitted with incorrect/incomplete information. Please see the ‘Shipping Options’ paragraph in the ‘Shipping & Delivery’ section for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
RobertWayne.com has partnered with International Checkout to offer seamless processing for all international orders. These services offer shipments to all countries and US territories. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and select the 'International Checkout' option. The items will automatically be transferred into an International Checkout cart. You may pay with international credit cards. International Checkout will process the payment, shipping and handling of your order from there.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders take 2-5 business days to process. Once the order is processed and shipped you can expect your package to be delivered within 5-10 business days. Occasionally it will take additional time. You can check the status of your order by contacting customer service by phone at 877-838-6351 or by e-mail at CustomerService@RobertWayne.com.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order one of three ways. Once your order is completed you will receive an email confirmation that has a link to track your package through UPS. You may also track your package by visiting www.ups.com and entering your tracking number. Your tracking number can be obtained by logging into your account at any time. You may also contact customer service toll free at 877-838-6351 and we will track your package for you.
Do you ship to an APO/FPO?
RobertWayne.com has partnered with International Checkout to offer seamless processing for all international orders. These services offer shipments to all countries and US territories.
Can I ship using my UPS/FED EX account?
NO. Because we ship from various warehouses around the country it is impossible for us to change shipping carriers or shipping methods. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Returning and item
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Once we receive your return, our billing department will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 2-5 business days. From there it can take your creditor or bank 2-10 business days to post the reimbursement to your account.
May I return my order for a refund?
RobertWayne.com wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise with your original receipt within 365 days of the purchase date (minus your shipping and handling charges).
Can I return my item at a local Robert Wayne/Shoeteria store?
Yes, you may exchange your purchase at any one of our Robert Wayne/Shoeteria locations. Simply present your online sales receipt and any one of our friendly sales associates can assist you. However, if you wish to return your purchase for a refund it MUST be sent back to our online warehouse.
