Robert Wayne can only ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. etc.

All orders are shipped ground. Most orders take 1-2 business days to process. Once an order has shipped, you can expect your package to be delivered within 2-5 business days. Occasionally it will take additional time.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, we will gladly refund unworn merchandise in its original packaging condition within 365 days of the purchase date (excluding any shipping charges). All returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 2 business days after receiving the return back by our facilities. 

NOTE: Items returned in a box no longer in its original condition are subject to a 10% fee deducted from the total refund.

When you receive your shoes, please make sure you try them on for size in your home on a carpeted or clean area. Worn shoes are NOT returnable.

Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store for a refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment up to 90 days after purchase date:

Unworn merchandise with original receipt present: Stores will gladly issue a refund on unworn merchandise in the original box within 90 days of purchase.

Unworn merchandise with gift receipt present: Stores can issue store credit or exchange only for unworn merchandise in the original box.

After 90 days, store purchases can be returned for exchange or store credit for unworn merchandise with original receipt and box. Lost or stolen store credit receipts will not be replaced. Without the original store credit receipt, a store credit cannot be redeemed.

Items purchased in-store cannot be returned to our online warehouse for a refund.

We recommend getting a receipt with the return tracking number as proof of drop-off. If dropping off at a FedEx facility, you can request a drop-off receipt from the FedEx associate. If dropping off at a third-party store, you may not be able to obtain a drop-off receipt, or you may be charged for a receipt - only do so at your own risk. Dropping off a return without getting a receipt with the tracking number eliminates our liability for a lost return package.

Boxed/Packaged Goods: When returning boxed/packaged items please ensure to pack the return inside a box or bag that protects the original shoebox. Please do not attach anything to the outside of the original shoebox. Should the original shoebox be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there is a chance we deduct a 10% return fee.

In-store returns: Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for online purchases at any of our stores. All refunds must be submitted to our internet division using the method outlined above. Store purchases can not be returned to the online store for a refund.
